When we verify your email address it helps us with two things:

- Confirm you have access to that email account
Long term this allows us to ensure we can:

- An example being, letting you know if travel disruption is impacting an event you're attending.
- If opted into marketing, talk to you about what you want to hear about
- An example being, the new England fixtures are released get your tickets before they go!
